After registering in the Pepita.com webshop and making a purchase, you can track your orders by clicking on "My orders" in your account.
With home delivery, you don't have to travel to shop!

If you place your order before 3:00 pm on a working day, we guarantee delivery on the working day following your order.
If you place your order after 3:00 pm, we guarantee to handle it to the courier on the working day following the order, who will deliver it to you within 1 working day.

When you purchase the service and the product(s) ordered do not arrive on time, we will refund the full delivery charge, in the same format as you paid when you made your purchase.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm will be delivered to the courier service on the day of the order date for the service. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be handled to the courier service on the first working day after the date of the order. The courier service will deliver the parcel on the first working day after the date of receipt of the parcel.

The service fee will be added to the total amount of your order.

One "Express Delivery" service is available for a single purchase, and is valid only for that purchase and the contents of that basket.

The service cannot be purchased retroactively!

Once the order has been placed, the service cannot be cancelled.

The service is guaranteed by Pepita.com Zrt. by handing over the parcel to courier service as described above, and as an extra service, by ordering it from courier service, who guarantee delivery of these parcels within 1 working day after handover.

The service is available for products in stock and distributed by Pepita.hu Zrt. If the checkbox to request the service appears on the order form, the service is available for the products in the shopping cart.
If you want to try the product for longer, buy an extended return service, which gives you 28 days instead of the default 14 days to decide if you need it. The price of the service varies from product to product. You can see the specific price on the ordering page. The service is currently available for some of the products sold by Pepita Group if the option appears in the shopping cart when finalizing the order.

If the product has been damaged in the meantime, please contact our customer service. Depending on the extent of the damage, we will consider whether we can take the product back at a reduced price.

Attention! Exceptions:
At some products, such as large items, wardrobes, beds, garden furniture, trampolines, swimming pools, etc., a specific delivery charge may arise and will be indicated at checkout.
We have several Partners whose products are displayed on our site. We forward orders to them and they deliver them to our customers from their own warehouses, with their own courier services, at their own prices.
Therefore, if an order is placed with more than one Partner, the delivery costs will be added together.

The invoice for the order is provided in two ways:

If your order includes both products distributed by Pepita Group Zrt. and products distributed by our Partners, the shipping costs will be added together and the packages will be shipped separately.
Delivery time:
The delivery time may vary from product to product, you will find the delivery time on the product data sheet and in the shopping cart!
The average delivery time for products sold by Pepita Group Zrt. is 2-4 working days, but longer delivery times may be required for products that are stocked by our external supplier - such as furniture, vinyl flooring.
Express delivery, up to your doorstep tomorrow! The service is available for products in stock and distributed by Pepita Group Zrt.
In the case of cash on delivery, the possible payment methods can be determined individually by the courier services.
