The difference between the original price and the actual sale price displayed on the Pepita online shop is expressed as a percentage. If the difference between the original price and the actual sale price cannot be expressed as a whole number (e.g. 21.2%), the percentage difference will be displayed on the website according to the general rules of rounding. In this case, the percentage difference is rounded to the nearest whole number to the number to be rounded, i.e. below 0.5 the difference is rounded down (e.g. 21.4% = 21%) and above 0.5 the difference is rounded up (e.g. 21.5% = 22%).

The product is distributed by our contracted partner, shown on the product page and on the ordering page, with whom you enter into a contract when you buy.

If the option appears in the shopping basket when finalising your order, if you place your order by 15:00 on a working day, we guarantee delivery the following working day. If you place your order after 15:00, you are guaranteed to be delivered to the courier on the working day following your order, who will deliver it within 1 working day.
If you want to try the product for longer, buy an extended return service, which gives you 28 days instead of the default 14 days to decide if you need it. The price of the service varies from product to product. You can see the specific price on the ordering page. Based on the list of products, the system checks which products have the most purchases. Whichever product has received the most in a given context will be the most popular product.

At the top you can see the products that can be bought with the biggest discount, in descending order down to the product with the smallest discount.
The original price is the lowest price for the product or service that the Pepita online store has applied in the 30-day period preceding the price reduction, or 15 days for new products. The original price is shown as a strikethrough price, the discounted price is highlighted and the difference between the original and discounted price is shown as a discount in %.
If the discount is progressively increased, the previous price is the price before the first application of the discount, without the discount.
If there is no promotion on the product, the selling price, i.e. the actual selling price of the product, will be displayed on the website.

Pepita's own products, based on the weighting (relevance ranking) stored for the product, with the top 10 products scoring the highest score. The weighting takes into account, among other things, the quality of the product reviews, the number of purchases, the number of special offers, the number of pictures, the quality of the descriptions, the quality of the category of the product.
At the bottom of the viewed product pages, a list of previous purchases of people who viewed the same product is shown as a recommendation.
The products in the recommendation system are composed in such a way that the system takes into account the reviews that appear on the thank you page after purchase, where the customers have indicated that they have bought the product as a gift. Based on this and the purchase number of the product, a list of this type of referrer is compiled.
For each product, the system calculates which products are most often added to the shopping basket, so that a list of products that are often associated with 1 product is compiled. This calculated value can be overwritten/added manually if necessary.
Top1, Top2, etc. For this type of product recommender, the recommended product list and its order (top1 ... top10) is based on the number of reviews and ratings received for the products, but the order is also determined by the relevance order of the products (i.e. how relevant they are in a given list compared to the other products of the recommender).
On the product listing pages (category page), the system will recommend additional categories related to the category that the Buyer may be interested in. There are several ways to define the recommended categories for a category, in order of precedence:

The We recommend it to you box is structured on the basis of the ("related") categories recorded in the database for a given category
Based on the categories you manually enter for a given category, the We recommend it to you box is built up, which is the same list for each category

The category list generated by the above criteria always shows 10 categories in the recommendation (always the same 10, not randomly 10).

Depending on the campaign period, the relevance score of certain products will be assigned a higher value than usual based on a complex set of criteria, thus placing these products higher in the listings.

For all reviews, product reviews that can be shown to have been generated as a result of a purchase from the Pepita website will be marked as "verified purchase". We will consider a purchase to be a verified purchase if it meets the following conditions:
- if the User is logged in to their profile, their email address and product identifier clearly identifies that the product was purchased by the User, such that a product review posted through this interface on the Service Provider's website, or
- if the product review results from clicking on the link in the review invitation letter sent to the e-mail address provided in the order 14 or 18 days after the purchase of the product, it shall be considered as a verified purchase (hereinafter referred to as "Verified Purchase").
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to decide whether you want to keep the product you have purchased.
A voucher is an electronically generated means of payment that you can use freely on Pepita for whatever you choose. The value of the voucher is non-redeemable and must be used in full.
A code entitling you to an additional discount from the consumer price on the Pepita.com site for selected periods and products, which you must enter at the end of the purchase and the system will automatically calculate the final price to be paid.
