Good for one thing
Although a sit-up bench or a much more space-saving ab wheel/roller is a more effective abdominal muscle strengthener, it's good for one thing. For example, with knees turned to the side, it strengthens a different part of the abdominal muscle. The disadvantage is storage and the rattling noise (even after deburring the plastic rollers). But it is a solid, beautiful machine with well-chosen colors.

Excellent for its purpose.
Since I've been using it, my back doesn't hurt. 2×10 minutes a day. I recommend it to everyone with spinal problems. Excellent for stretching.

Incredibly good
I was afraid it would be unstable, but it's not at all. However, it didn't like the TRX. People are amazed that I could buy something so good for such a low price. I needed a wall bar for movement therapy, and I found this instead. My daughter (10 years old) loves to exercise on it. I would recommend it to anyone.
