Good for one thing
Although a sit-up bench or a much more space-saving ab wheel/roller is a more effective abdominal muscle strengthener, it's good for one thing. For example, with knees turned to the side, it strengthens a different part of the abdominal muscle. The disadvantage is storage and the rattling noise (even after deburring the plastic rollers). But it is a solid, beautiful machine with well-chosen colors.
