This high-quality wine yeast is ideal for making wine and fruit brandy, even at low temperatures! Uvaferm Danstil A ensures fast and controlled fermentation, usable even from 10°C.

  • Fast Fermentation: With proper nutrient supplementation, fermentation is complete in 5 days.

  • Easy to Use: Dissolve the dried yeast in 10 times its weight (20g to 200ml) of chlorine-free water at 35-40°C, and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Instructions for Use:

  1. Mix the dried yeast in 10 times its weight (20g to 200ml) of chlorine-free water at 35-40°C.
  2. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
  3. Ensure the temperature difference between the yeast solution and the must does not exceed 10°C.
  4. If necessary, gradually acclimate the yeast to the must temperature (in maximum 10°C increments).
  5. Mix the yeast well into the must.
