The gimbal supports advanced Deep Track 3.0 tracking technology, allowing you to effortlessly record your designated target. It also offers additional features such as Zoom Tracking and Slow Motion Tracking. There is also a Live Mode, which will come in handy during live broadcasts. What's more, even if your chosen subject briefly disappears from view, Flow will automatically resume tracking whenever possible!

Insta360 Flow isn't just a stabiliser - this versatile device can also perform several other functions. The built-in tripod will make it easy for you to record vlogs or tutorials, and the cold shoe adapter allows you to mount additional accessories, such as a microphone. There's also a selfie stick with a maximum length of 215mm, so you can easily take the perfect selfie or group photo! Flow will also prove its worth as a powerbank - it even allows you to charge your phone while recording.

With Insta360 Flow you are always ready for action. The gimbal is very comfortable to use and allows you to start filming in no time. All you have to do is unfold it and attach your phone using the magnetic mount! What's more, for iPhones, the Insta360 app automatically detects the stabiliser and sends a notification accordingly. Flow also supports gesture control, so you can, for example, set it up on the built-in tripod and then easily start recording!


Simplified recording
Enjoy more freedom. Flow is equipped with a special SmartWheel, which gives you convenient access to many useful functions. For example, you can use it to play back video, control recording and switch between available gimbal modes. In Auto mode, for example, the stabilizer automatically adjusts its settings to your movements, while FPV mode allows you to achieve dynamic drone-like videos.

Motion Timelapse is also available and finished videos can be edited using FlashCut.
