Excellent for cooking, not for baking
The oven's heat distribution is uneven, and the firebox grate and ash collector are poorly sized, resulting in ash spilling around the collector.

I'm sorry that the oven doesn't have a tray holder, and the firebox door doesn't close perfectly. The price is a bit high.
