Perfect product. Best value for money right now. There was some "misunderstanding" with the packaging. It said 12pcs/box. I ordered 12 pieces, thinking that I would receive an original, complete, unopened box. However, the 12 refills were scattered in the bubble wrap without a box... Everyone can decide what they think about this. The refills were not damaged. This does not affect the product rating, only the packaging. So 5 stars only for the product!
