Perfect trekking poles, exactly what I expected.

Walking was difficult and painful due to my back and hip pain. I learned how to use the poles correctly, practiced, and I can say with satisfaction that they take a large part of the load off my hip. It's nice to be able to take longer walks again. The price is very reasonable. Because of this and the help with walking, I recommend it and have already recommended it to others.
