Fits perfectly, magnetic, nicely wakes/sleeps the device, and when the cover is folded back, the magnet also secures the cover, so you don't have to hold it separately. The frame is made of flexible material with reinforcement at the corners. We'll see how durable the faux leather coating will be, but for now, it's 5*.
