Highly recommended
I highly recommend this product. I was able to install it between two high walls, but for safety, I drilled a steel angle bracket under each end. It helps a lot in developing a beautiful back and simply hanging, which is good for the spine. Since the tension is achieved by twisting the bar, it is important to always hang from the side where the bar tightens. Otherwise, it can easily loosen.
