Inconsistent moisture readings, completely unreliable, a waste of money.
It has 2 approx. 1cm measuring probes, I thought the device measures with these. When immersed in water, it deflects to level 3, and further if I push it deeper. Only when fully immersed does it deflect to 8 (out of 10). The illustration on the packaging shows a houseplant, making it completely unusable for that purpose.

Pretty Good!
Better than I thought! It's definitely not perfectly accurate, but it's very good for the price. I measured several types of soil, from acidic to alkaline, and it shows it quite well. It's worth the price!
