Unfortunately, the first segway was faulty, but the replacement product works well, to the delight of its little owner.
Great product for lively, energetic children - and adults - with a good sense of balance.

Segway
Aside from the appearance, it works well. The first package delivered had a completely different pattern than the product shown, so I returned it. The second delivery also wasn't the white-based floral pattern shown in the picture, but a red-based floral pattern. I didn't feel like returning the product again, because who knows what I would have received the third time, and I couldn't give the child's birthday present months later. I would appreciate it if in the future, customers could be sure to receive what is shown in the picture.
