Perfect size, stable grip on the countertop
Very good quality silicone pastry mat at a fair price. It adheres perfectly to the countertop and does not move while rolling out the dough. Sharp cutting tools cannot be used, only plastic ones. It is very easy to keep clean, simply wash it after use. It can be stored in a small space until the next use, and it does not break from folding. Good value for money.
