Unfortunately, this is unacceptable. The product quality is very poor, and the size is much smaller than ordered. I cannot accept a credit because I do not wish to purchase from this seller again.

We decided to purchase the product based on the provided description. We are sorry that neither of them lasted 10 days. We bought two. They didn't get punctured, but both deflated due to weakening at the fittings.
