It serves its purpose, but there is one problem: it cannot be snapped together. You have to hold it for a while, but I can use it, and that's the main thing.

It wasn't clear that it can't be snapped together and has to be held the whole time. If I had known this, I wouldn't have ordered this type. Also, the middle slopes, so the dough doesn't bake evenly. It also doesn't press the dough thin enough, no matter how hard I squeeze.

Defective product, not fit for purpose
I ordered this as a gift, but there's no way to secure the top part during baking. You have to hold it by hand, which is too hot, resulting in unevenly baked wafers. The main issue is having to hold it. The recipient only used it twice, and it's already burning the edges. Is it possible to exchange it for a model that doesn't need to be held during baking?
