The holes left behind are unsightly and make the soil uneven

I inferred from the description and pictures that the blades move and cut. In contrast, the blades are fixed, and when used, holes are created corresponding to the distance between the blades, which is a separate task to remove. Otherwise, the image of the holey ground is unsightly. I have since purchased a stand-up weed cutter and use that.
