The original Saeco Gran Crema machine has been serving flawlessly for over 30 years. It has a reliable, friendly, and helpful service, and spare parts are also available. The manufacturer leaves the steam tap fully open, without indicating that it must be screwed in completely before testing or use. Only the direction of rotation is indicated in the user manual.
