The product broke down after about 2 weeks.

The product malfunctioned. I had to send it to BV and unfortunately I am unable to return it under warranty. I ordered your product because I trusted that the price was in proportion to the quality. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this product. Sincerely, Erika Kovácsné
