Steam Cleaner
I received the ordered product quickly. My experiences are mixed. As a handheld steam cleaner, it is easy to work with and works well. It is also suitable as a mop, but when cleaning carpets, the plastic carpet frame on the mop head expands due to the heat and the microfiber head falls off and crumples up. The three Velcro fasteners are not enough here. The frame mounting could be more stable.
