Works as expected
I ordered two refrigerators, one of which arrived damaged. It wasn't damaged during shipping because the packaging was intact. So, the distributor wanted to sell it damaged and didn't inform me about it. After my complaint, I found the 10000Ft compensation ridiculous and rejected it. Smart move, but not fair, I'm sure it works for some. Then they sent a courier for the faulty product and I'm currently waiting for the refund, hoping that it will happen and I won't have to go through more rounds. They should improve their approach and prioritize customer satisfaction!
