Slices nicely, easy to adjust the size, safe and easy to clean!!
We often have family gatherings, and we can quickly slice our favorite bread and cheese. It slices cabbage very nicely too, so I don't have to use a separate grater, which tires my hand more. I haven't tried it yet, but I have high hopes for slicing mixed pickles when pickling. The price was within our "budget". After all, everyone wants the best for the least amount of money. Why would I recommend it? Because it makes slicing easier. It's safe.
