I know the product from other companies, because others are perfectly capable of delivering what you order and pay for. I ordered 4x5=20 kg of the product from the German company pepita.de, but pepita.hu sent 4x1=4kg of the product for the price of 20 kg. At least the return of the incorrectly sent product was FREE this time, because I placed the order with the German pepita, because only in Hungary (and I guess in other hotbeds of fraud, like Slovakia with its online damage) is it a disgusting habit that if the online seller's staff sends out the wrong/defective product, the buyer is obliged to pay the return shipping costs. In Germany, Austria, Switzerland, it is impossible to charge the return costs to the buyer! This is only common with fraudulent, lousy companies. Pepita.hu has already caused me 40,000 HUF damage with a single product. I had 5 orders with them in total, I had to return something 4 times, of course in the Hungarian pepita way, at my own expense. The Hungarian Conciliation Board also takes their side. The whole thing is sickening. I didn't understand when I moved back to Hungary after 25 years, why everyone looked at me strangely, that I took online ordering so naturally, simply, for granted. It was. Then I understood what shoddy villainy this means in Hungary. The product deserves 5 stars, pepita.hu doesn't deserve even 1. But if I give 1 star, I can't write my honest opinion. They care about appearances... By the way, dear pepita.hu Staff, why isn't "Pepita made a mistake" among the selectable categories? In your reading, only the product, the delivery, the courier can be bad? Do you also look in the mirror with blinders on?
