Perfect pizza making.
The two peels are especially useful for getting the dough in and out of the oven, but it's important to flour them beforehand, otherwise the dough will stick. I haven't really figured out how to clean the pizza stone yet, I'm careful not to let the cheese melt on it.

I was afraid of it because it's Italian and I read a lot of negative things about it. I was pleasantly surprised. It works and the pizza is delicious.
There is no temperature setting button. The recipes include the exact temperature. At least this much could have been written on the machine. So that I know what is how many degrees... I had to buy an oven thermometer.
