I am very satisfied.
It amplifies sound very well even at the lowest setting. It was the perfect choice for my 82-year-old mother. She learned to use it easily and has already recommended it to everyone at the senior day care center. It perfectly replaces the expensive hearing aids they tried to rip them off with.
