It serves its purpose. Shows the consumption.
The product works properly. Contrary to the instructions, you don't have to wait 3-5 seconds after the SET function, but at least ten seconds. But this does not affect its operation. It does NOT show the elapsed time of use, but the device doesn't claim to do that anyway.
