Slow to discharge, but charges my phone quickly. Charges slower in hot weather, but that's due to the phone overheating. In cooler weather, it charges quickly as it should.
Durability and high capacity were important to me. It's a very good product, I recommend it to everyone, especially those who work as couriers! There's nothing bad about it, except maybe it's a bit heavy for some to carry in their pocket.

Holds charge well, good weight which is a plus
I was able to charge my Huawei phone almost 4 times from 10% to almost 100%. It makes a big difference whether I'm doing something on the phone while charging or just letting it charge.
