Borotto's egg hatchery is suitable for hatching eggs of hens, pheasants, guinea fowls, quails, quails, ducks, geese, peacocks, pigeons and various exotic and birds of prey. Inside, 49 hens' eggs or 196 quails' eggs can be hatched at a time. The high-tech temperature control system inside the hatchery is based on artificial intelligence, which allows the microclimate to be maintained at a constant level (within a wide range of 30-40°C) with an accuracy of 0.1°C. The internal temperature is completely independent of environmental conditions, allowing optimal incubation. It is measured by an NTC sensor and digitally processed by an advanced PID algorithm. This eliminates oscillations, ensuring fast response and good temperature stability.

An automatic egg rotation system operates throughout the incubation process. Like industrial incubators, it rotates the eggs from right to left or vice versa in 1-hour cycles. Two windows allow convenient control of the incubation process without having to open the unit. The static effect creates the moisture needed for embryo growth. The bottom of the incubator has special grooves designed to ensure the right humidity during the incubation period. This ranges from 45-55% in one tray with water and 60-65% in two trays. The incubator is equipped with a digital LED display. The sound pressure level emitted by the equipment is below 70 dB (A).
