Scheppach ACS 4000 Spraying system 550 W

The Scheppach ACS 4000 is a practical and compact airless high pressure unit with direct suction and continuous pressure adjustment. This allows for very fast and even painting on a variety of smooth or textured surfaces: interior walls, ceilings, fences, etc. The machine has its own suction hose with filter, i.e. it sucks paint directly from the original paint bucket or container. There is no need to transfer the paint anywhere (to another container or tank). The unit is equipped with a 9 m spray hose, which allows a considerable working radius without having to move the machine. At the end of the spray hose is a light spray gun with a 4-fingered, large ratchet. The trigger can be locked, which greatly facilitates longer work and reduces hand fatigue. The spray gun can be set to both vertical and horizontal spray modes. The unit has two nozzles, for both viscous and liquid materials, making it suitable for spraying viscous or liquid materials, latex, lacquers, water-dilutable lacquers, dispersion paints, surface protection agents, stains, etc. The powerful motor has a copper winding and is housed in a durable frame for storing the nozzles. The 1.25 l/min material delivery rate allows up to 420 m2 / hour to be painted, which is approximately 4x the surface area of manual painting. The pressure of the machine is easy and simple to control and can be easily switched between pause and spray modes. Its compact size allows easy transport and storage.
