Dispenser maintenance
Do not place the dispenser under running water. Do not put the dispenser in the dishwasher. If the dispenser needs cleaning, turn it off, wipe the dispenser with a damp, non-abrasive cloth and dry it thoroughly. Make sure that there are no soap deposits on the lens under the nozzle, as this could cause the sensor to be activated accidentally. Do not expose the dispenser to direct sunlight. Do not expose the dispenser to standing water
Troubleshooting
1. If the dispenser does not turn on:
Check that the batteries are correctly inserted. If the batteries are correctly inserted in the dispenser, the lights on the front of the dispenser will flash for a few seconds and then turn off when the dispenser is switched on, indicating that the dispenser is ready for use.
2. If the dispenser does not dispense soap correctly or does not dispense any soap at all:
Place your hand between the nozzle and the indicator light (see diagram). Turn off the dispenser. Clean the dispenser as described in the chapter "Dispenser maintenance". If the soap is dispensed randomly, see 'Dispenser maintenance'.
