The 500 W professional GRAPHITE plate cutting machine works on the principle of continuous punching, therefore removing 5mm of material along the cutting line (article number 59G401). The plate cutting shears can be used to cut steel plates up to 1,6 mm thick and aluminium plates up to 2,5 mm thick. During cutting, blades cut a strip 5 mm wide. The tool is characterised by its high strength, which is also ensured by the aluminium housing of the drive unit. The matrix holder can be rotated by 90° to change the cutting direction. The maximum cutting cycle of the shears is 2 000 cuts per minute. The guillotine is equipped with a locking device to prevent accidental start-up and a starter switch locking device for continuous operation. The mains connection cable of the tool is 5 m long. The worn carbon brushes can be replaced by hand. The tool comes with mounting wrenches and a handy carrying case. CE certification proves compliance with European standards.
