Out-of-court dispute resolution help

Pepita Group Zrt. may restrict access to or delete content uploaded to its hosting space if we believe that it violates the law or any other regulations or contracts. In addition, you may request that we restrict or remove content, but our Company will not comply with your request.

In such a case, if you dispute the appropriateness of our decision or procedure, you have the option of requesting an out-of-court dispute resolution panel.

Please note, however, that you should first make your objection known to our Company so that the problem can be resolved in this way, as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

The out-of-court dispute resolution bodies operate independently of our Company and have the necessary expertise to adjudicate on content management cases. They operate on the basis of the European Union's Digital Services Regulation (DSA).

In all cases, our company cooperates with out-of-court dispute resolution bodies.
