A completely safe and hygienic cutting tool, it complies without exception with the food industry regulations in force. The stainless steel raw material is processed in around 25 stages to produce the final, uniform, high-quality blade. The handle is made of durable plastic with special ergonomics, non-slip, non-abrasive and durable; it is moulded in a special way so that the blade and the handle are perfectly joined. The final grinding of the cutting edge is checked by laser angle measuring equipment, and finally all products undergo a rigorous quality control. Dishwasher safe and heat resistant up to 150 C.
