- 20 g yeast

- Milk
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Activate the yeast in lukewarm milk.
- Add sugar, egg yolk, flour, salt, and melted butter.
- Knead a soft dough and let it rise until doubled.
- Roll out thinly and cut into finger-wide strips.
- Oil the baking rod and wrap the dough around it.
- Place the rods in the stand and bake over charcoal until red.
- Remove from the baking rod and, while still warm, roll in walnut/cinnamon sugar or coconut flakes.
