Scheppach band saws have received a lot of recognition in the past in various surveys, both from end users and professionals. Scheppach has built a lot of its own know-how into its bandsaw for a wide range of users. The Scheppach HBS 30 band saw is the ideal tool for the demanding DIYer or specialist workshop, allowing them to make fast and accurate cuts in a variety of materials such as plastic, hard or softwood. The machine is based on a powerful induction motor, a steel frame and a sturdy work table made of cast iron that can be tilted from 0° to 45° and extended from 380 to 520 mm. A guide rail with clamping arm ensures accurate cutting. The parallel guides do not allow the saw blade to move, so very precise cuts can be made on this basic model. Thanks to the frame construction, a cutting height of 80 mm is sufficient. Changing the saw blade is also very easy, thanks to the opening of the entire side wall. Its compact dimensions make it particularly suitable for smaller workshops, which also allows easy handling and manoeuvrability. The holes in the base allow the machine to be firmly fixed to the workbench. The machine is supplied with three 6/10/15- tooth saw blades.
