Before starting:
Before using condoms, check the expiry date on the product packaging. If the condom packaging is visibly damaged, discard it. Use a condom whose packaging is not damaged. Do not use a condom that has been visibly damaged. This helps prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections during vaginal, anal or oral sex.

Using condoms:
1. Open the packaging starting from the serrated edge. Handle the condom with care: nails or other sharp objects can easily damage it.
2. With the rolled-up part on the outside, squeeze the semen container between two fingers, then place the condom on top of the rigid penis.
3. Roll the condom down to the bottom of the penis. If it does not unroll, it may be inverted, discard it and use a new one. Make sure that the condom does not slip off and is not stretched too tightly against the penis - the latter can cause the condom to tear. Pull the condom off shortly after ejaculation; when pulling the penis out, press the condom against the base of the penis.
4. Throw the foil and used condom in the trash. Do not flush down the toilet.
