The aim of the game remains the same, get rid of the cards in your hand. The extra packs include the Reversal pack, where each card reverses the course of the game and some of them include new penalties, the Penalty pack, where each card can be used to add more penalties, the Card Swap pack, where players swap cards and the Accelerator pack, which really spices up the game.
