This three-part crack detection kit (VMD137-138-139) revolutionizes the quality control of weld seams and metal castings. With this kit, you can easily and safely identify hidden defects such as holes, material defects, cracks, and porosity without damaging the surface. Thanks to the red marking, defects become immediately visible.

How does it work?

1. Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface to be examined with the VMD 137. ✨
2. Penetration: Apply a thin layer of the VMD 138 penetrating fluid, then wait 15-20 minutes. ⏳
3. Wiping: Remove excess penetrating fluid with the VMD 137 and let the surface dry. 🧽
4. Developing: Spray on the VMD 139 developer and let it work for a few minutes. Red marks will appear at the location of the defects. 🔴
