Algenix Algaecide 5l

Algenix water treatment, disinfectant algaecide is suitable for use in private and public swimming pools. Algae spores are carried into the water by wind or rain, making algae growth unavoidable, especially in garden pools. Algae growth can be delayed by constant chlorine levels, but cannot be prevented because most algae species are resistant to chlorine, so regular dosing with Algenix is essential. This chemical does not affect the pH of the water, but like other water treatment products, it is only really effective in the right pH range (between 7.1 and 7.3).

Application of the product:
When filling the pool, 10 ml/m3 should be sprayed into the pool water. Depending on the weather and load, top up every 1-2 weeks with 2-6 dl/100 m3. In the case of algae in the water, chlorine should be used in particular, supplemented with 1,5-2,5 litres of algaecide per 100 m3 .
