This one-component polyurethane windshield adhesive is perfect for bonding windshields in passenger cars, light trucks, and special vehicles where enhanced safety isn't required. You'll get the best results using an air gun.

Application:

1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded of old adhesive, paint, and other contaminants.
2. Degrease the surfaces with Mannol brake cleaner (9691).
3. If necessary, gently sand the glass adhesive line.
4. Clean the surfaces with Mannol glass cleaner (9974) and let them dry.
5. Heat the cartridge to 50-80 °C for 15 minutes.
6. Apply a thin, even layer to the windshield opening.
7. Install the windshield and gently press it.
8. Secure with tape and let it dry for 24 hours.

Important: The car can be driven after 1 hour, but avoid stressing the glass until fully cured (24 hours).
