Excellent for walking and running, the manual and program control is easy to use, the load capacity and size (folds up great and easily) quiet operation is very good, resulting in great value for money! The massage belt is a super addition!!!

Meets expectations
Perfect for home use. Good value for money. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a wireless connection, only a jack plug. Newer phones don't have a jack, so even though it has two speakers, you can't listen to music on it.
